Here at Sugar Rush all our cakes are made using only the very best ingredients, we always use free range eggs.

Many of our recipes have been passed down through the family for 2 generations.   
We also make lactose free, gluton free and diabetic recipes.

TRADITIONAL FRUIT CAKE

This rich fruit cake is bursting with succulent fruit, laced with brandy and matured for 3 months.

CHOCOLATE TRUFFLE TORTE

A truly decadent cake. Moist chocolate cake made with the finest belgium chocolate. Layererd with belgium chocolate ganash.

CHOCOLATE SPONGE

Layers of rich chocolate sponge layered with chocolate buttercream.   

ZINGY LEMON SPONGE

A popular choice refreshing lemon sponge layered with a light lemon buttercream.

VANILLA SPONGE

A moist vanilla sponge layered with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.

CARROT  CAKE

Organic carrots, juicy sultanas, spices and fresh oranges complemented with a light vanilla buttercream.

BAILEYS SPONGE

A light sponge drizzled with Baileys liqueur then layered with Baileys buttercream.
